Confirm your TikTok @username under Home → Account matches your live account exactly (no typos). Go live on TikTok first, then press Connect in Stream Base. If the room is not ready yet, wait for the automatic retry. Check your internet connection.

Your @username must be your real TikTok unique id — live tracking attaches to this handle. If you picked the wrong name, change it under Account (see limits below).

Your first change is allowed any time (email confirmation required). You get one extra correction within 7 days of signing up if you made a mistake. After that, you can change again only once every 30 days (anti-abuse). The Account page shows your next eligible date.

Your personal community gift appears only after the first successful Connect while live. TikToolBox reads the room gift list and stores the gift id and icon. Until then, gift sounds and pickers will not list it. Reconnect if TikTok rotated the art.

Keep the Stream Base tab open and awake. On a phone, tap Tap to enable sounds once. If Stream Base is open on both phone and PC, tap Play here on the device that should play (PC header always has it; ⋯ → Play sounds here also works). Sound: Local vs Sound: Remote is Stream Base vs a paired TV, not phone vs computer. Check master switches, then assign clips in Stream Base → Sounds (star favourites under Home → Sounds if you like).

Alert sounds only play on one Stream Base at a time. Open Stream Base on the computer (or phone) you want, then tap the green Play here button. That pulls gifts, alerts, and TTS onto that device. Do not use Sound: Local for this — that switch is for Remote TV.

In Stream Base, open ⋯ → Pair remote TV and note the 5-digit PIN. On the TV or tablet browser open /remote and enter the code within about 10 minutes. Press Enable sounds on the remote screen.

Supporters can have tracking start when they go live even if Stream Base is closed. Go live first, wait a few seconds, then open Stream Base and press Connect if it has not attached. When many creators are live, auto-connect can take a moment or need a retry. Finished sessions are not lost.

Recaps runs full-screen in Tiktools Studio. Use the Apps chip on the right of the Recaps top bar, or Apps in the Studio header, to return to the Apps picker. You can reopen Recaps from there.

When many creators are live, new Free connects may pause briefly so people already tracking stay stable. Try again in a few minutes. Supporters get priority when demand is high. Tips on Donations help fund capacity and do not upgrade your plan. Finished sessions are not lost.

Session logs are deleted 33 days after the stream ended. Export a recap before then if you want to keep it.

Gallery pin quotas: 10 on Free and 75 on Supporter for still images (icons, backgrounds, templates, posters — shared pool). Videos and Recaps audio have separate pin caps of 2 each. Unpin something or upgrade to Supporter for more still-image pins.

Double-check your @username and the steps above first. For major bugs, billing issues, or connection problems the FAQ did not fix, open a Support ticket while signed in. Include what you were doing, the error text, your @username, approximate time (UK), and screenshots if helpful.
